Anon, did you download Framework from MTS? You need that for the mods + packages and overrides folder. In your DCBackup there is a file called ccmerged, delete that and replace it with this one. The fix goes in either your overrides or your packages folder.
I do have the Mod + Packages + Overides folder. Okay so I deleted the CCmerge file and replaces it with the fix+ccmerge you have I am going to go see if it works now
